Jae Yoo is a Tax Director in the Portfolio Management Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for real estate fund tax strategy, risk management, and structuring. He has been affiliated with the firm since 2021.
Jae began his career as a tax associate at KPMG, working primarily in the real estate and private equity industry. He later joined Invesco as a Tax Director leading the Private Market’s tax compliance, reporting, and planning for real estate, private equity, and private debt funds. Jae has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Jae received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, as well as a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of North Texas. Jae is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
