Ken Valach is the Chief Executive Officer of Trammell Crow Residential, Crow Holdings Industrial and Crow Holdings Office. After joining Trammell Crow Residential in 1989, he served in a variety of positions including overseeing multifamily development in the western half of the United States. In 2009 Ken assumed the CEO role of Trammell Crow Residential, when he was charged with leading the company through the Great Financial Crisis. In 2015 Ken was named CEO of Crow Holdings Industrial to help build a national platform for development of speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects. Ken became CEO of Crow Holdings Office in 2020. He also sits on the Crow Holdings Partners Investment Committee.
Previously, Ken served as Chief Financial Officer of a private company in Southern California and as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse.
Ken received his B.A. in Economics and Math, cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College, where he currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees. He received his M.B.A. degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Ken is the Vice Chair and PAC Chair of the National Multifamily Housing Council, a Director of Kimble Senior Housing and Vice Chair of New Hope Housing. He also serves on the boards of Coalition for the Homeless and Freddie Mac Housing for Tomorrow Council.

Crow Family Inc. was formed in 1987 as a family office to own and manage the capital of the Trammell Crow family. Today, Crow Family Holdings maintains a substantial stake in the ownership of various signature properties, with varying levels of management.The company’s signature properties include the Old Parkland Campus, the Anatole Hotel and Dallas Market Center – all located in Dallas – as well as the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, LA and the International Trade Mart in Brussels, Belgium.
