Kim Hallett is the Chief Accounting Officer for Crow Holdings Development. With over 20 years in Real Estate Accounting, she is involved in the company’s strategic long-term financial planning and investor reporting. Her responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting to investors and management, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and accounting. Kim first joined TCR in 2002 and prior to her return in 2016, she was the Executive Vice President- Accounting at Riverstone Residential, overseeing the client accounting team. She also held various roles at Goldman Sachs and Greystar.
Kim received her B.B.A in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a M.B.A from Texas A&M University – Commerce. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and is an active member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
