Mark Penny

VP, Industrial, Crow Holdings Development at Crow Holdings

Mark Penny is the Vice President of Construction in the Industrial group of Crow Holdings Development, where he oversees the preconstruction and construction of industrial developments for the Dallas area.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas, is a certified Design-Build professional, and has been in the construction industry since 1993. Mark has led to build projects such as the AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, DFW Airport Terminal Renovations (B & E), The Richards Group new headquarters, and many other iconic Texas buildings.

Mark has served the community through his volunteer/leadership roles on the boards of the ACE Mentor Program, TEXO (AGC/ABC), DBIA Southwest, Boy Scouts of America, and his son’s high school hockey team. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute as well as the American Society of Civil Engineers. Mark has been named to D CEO’s Dallas 500 list as one of the most influential leaders in Dallas.
