Matt Cochrane

Matt Cochrane is a Managing Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Development. He is responsible for leading CHD’s Industrial business in North and South Carolina, managing the full life cycle of industrial development from site selection and acquisition, to design, construction, and project execution.

Prior to joining CHD, Matt served as an Investment Officer for Exeter Property Group, where he oversaw acquisitions, developments, and leasing throughout the Carolinas. Prior to that, he worked for both KDC and EastGroup Properties, where he sourced new development opportunities and managed the expansion of the REIT’s Carolinas portfolio.
