Matt Enzler is a Senior Managing Director for the North Texas Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Matt is responsible for leading TCR’s multifamily development business in North Texas and Arizona, including site selection, land acquisition, design, development, operation, and disposition of Class A multifamily properties.
Formerly, as TCR’s Vice President of Finance, Matt worked to structure and close debt and equity transactions. Before joining TCR in 2007, Matt was a Vice President with Comerica Bank, where he worked as a commercial real estate lender.
Matt is a graduate of The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Council and is currently involved with TREC’s PAC and Public Policy Committee. He is actively involved in NMHC, serves on the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board, and is a board member of Uptown Dallas, Inc. He previously served as the Board President for the Dallas Texas Exes and Board Chair of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Young Professionals. Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Today, Crow Family Holdings maintains a substantial stake in the ownership of various signature properties, with varying levels of management.The company’s signature properties include the Old Parkland Campus, the Anatole Hotel and Dallas Market Center – all located in Dallas – as well as the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, LA and the International Trade Mart in Brussels, Belgium.
