Matt Hard

Managing Director, Multifamily, TCR at Crow Holdings

Matthew Hard is a Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Matt is responsible for sourcing and executing new multifamily development opportunities in the Washington D.C. metro area.

Prior to joining TCR in 2020, he served as Vice President of LCOR, managing its mixed-use site acquisition, development and construction activities in the Washington, D.C. metro area. During his tenure at LCOR, Matt managed the development of over 1,600 units with an aggregate transaction value of $750 million. Previously, Matt worked as an Associate Attorney for Venable, LLP’s Los Angeles office.

Matt obtained his JD-MBA from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and Marshall School of Business and completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and District of Columbia Building Industry Association.
