Peggy Bertsch

As Chief Administrative Officer of Crow Holdings Development, Peggy oversees the accounting, information technology, human resources, risk management and legal functions of Trammell Crow Residential, Crow Holdings Industrial and Crow Holdings Office. She re-joined Trammell Crow Residential in 2015.

Previously, Peggy served as Managing Director with Greystar, responsible for integration of the corporate and property accounting functions for its recently acquired company, Riverstone. In that role, she oversaw five offices and more than 300 associates responsible for accounting services on over 1,700 assets. Prior roles at Riverstone, a spin-off of Trammell Crow Residential, included Chief Accounting Officer as well as Vice President of Client Accounting and Management Systems. Earlier in her career, Peggy spent five years with Trammell Crow Residential, serving as National Controller for the property management business unit. She has also held senior positions with Yahoo! Inc. and Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Peggy holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia with high honors, and is a Certified Public Accountant in both Missouri and Texas. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She previously served as a board member of the Real Estate Financial Executive Association.
