Paul van Bruggen

Paul van Bruggen is an experienced senior project manager at CROW, having joined the organization in January 2023. Paul specializes in infrastructure, public space, procurement, contracting, and traffic and transport. Previous roles include Regisseur Civiel at Gemeente Raalte, Afdelingshoofd Ruimtelijke realisatie at Gemeente Kampen, and Regisseur gebiedsgerichte aanpak in het Vechtdal at Provincie Overijssel. Paul has also held management positions at Roelofs and various municipalities, significantly contributing to public space development and management. Paul holds a Bachelor of Built Environment in Civil Engineering from HTS te Zwolle.
