Tomo Sugie has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and management roles. Currently, Tomo is the Customer Development Sales Manager at Axis Communications since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Crowd Cast, Ltd. as a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager from 2020 to 2021.

From 2011 to 2019, Tomo held the position of Marketing Director & Head of Product Management at Aruba Networks. During this time, they played a key role in driving the company's Wi-Fi, Mobility, and Security marketing in Japan, achieving significant business growth. They also led product marketing initiatives, including go-to-market plans and new product launches.
