Mirva Toivonen is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in customer analytics and data science. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at Crowd Collective since May 2023, Mirva previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Crowd Collective Finland, focusing on customer analytics and AI/ML platform projects. Prior experience includes roles as Data Scientist at TietoEVRY and Solita, where involvement ranged from customer experience analytics to marketing science. Earlier roles include project management and quality certification assistance. Mirva holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki, as well as training in classical music performance from the University of the Arts Helsinki and the Helsinki Conservatory.
