Vilja Karpansalo has a diverse background in sales and customer success, currently serving in a Sales & Growth role at Crowd Collective since September 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Meltwater from May 2018 to August 2022, where roles included Customer Success Team Lead, Customer Success Manager, and Sales Consultant, focusing on data-driven marketing and strategic growth initiatives. Earlier positions at Gigantti Oy, Stockmann, and MKTG Finland provided foundational sales experience. Vilja holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Economic Sociology from the University of Turku, earned in 2020.
