Angela Steele

Angela Steele is the current Head of Inventory & Planning at Crowd Cow. Prior to their current position, Angela was the Sr Manager of Merchandising Analytics at Overstock.com from October 2018 to August 2021. Before Overstock.com, Angela was with Gordmans from February 2014 to September 2018 as their Divisional Planning & Allocation Director. In their time with Gordmans, they provided fact-based analysis on divisional financial results and providing insights into cause/effect relationships in a start-up environment. Angela also collaborated with Divisional Merchants to build an achievable strategic vision for Women’s & Junior’s Apparel, Accessories, Intimates, and Shoes. Angela successfully grew Women’s Apparel & Shoes penetration to total company while managing the downtrend of Juniors’. Angela also lead the category planning of sales & margin for over 35% of total Gordmans volume and successfully increased inventory turnover in line with company initiatives.

Angela Steele pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University.
