Koji Fujino began their career in 1987 as an HR Specialist/Group Leader at GSK. In 1995, they moved to FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an HR Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for Compensation & Benefit, Recruiting, and HR Planning. In 1999, they became an HR Deputy Manager at Daimler Chrysler Japan Holding Co., Ltd., where they managed HR issues for Chrysler Japan Sales Co. and implemented Benefit programs. In 2003, they joined GE Capital as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for HR Planning & Operation, Compensation, Labor & Benefit Management, HR System Management, and MBO System Management. In 2020, they became an HR Manager at GKN Automotive, where they were responsible for Recruiting, Training for new graduates, and Compensation & Benefits Management. Finally, in 2021, they were appointed as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Crowd Credit, Inc.
Koji Fujino attended Seinan Gakuin University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration.
