Anand Kulkarni

Anand Kulkarni is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in artificial intelligence and software development. Currently serving as CEO of Crowdbotics since February 2017, Anand leads a company that automates the software development lifecycle using AI. Previously, Anand co-founded and held the position of Chief Scientist at LeadGenius, where the focus was on using AI for sales through web crawling and deep learning. Anand also founded UC Berkeley's startup during tenure as a PhD candidate, specializing in computational geometry, linear optimization, and machine learning. Earlier in career, Anand worked as an Algorithms Scientist at Oasis Tooling, focusing on computational geometry algorithms and neural network architectures. Educational credentials include a PhD candidate in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley, along with a master's and bachelor's degree from the same institution in related fields. Additionally, Anand participated in Y Combinator in 2011.
