Victoria Payne

Victoria Payne is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in building and executing human resources strategies across multiple global organizations. As the Head of HR at Crowdbotics since April 2025, Victoria leads HR initiatives to enhance workforce engagement and development. Prior roles include Senior Director of People and Culture and Chief of Staff at PagerDuty, where Victoria successfully managed HR for over 1,200 employees across seven countries, contributing to numerous workplace accolades. Earlier experiences include leadership roles in talent acquisition and operations at VMware and Pivotal Software, where Victoria played a pivotal role in scaling teams and driving significant organizational growth. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
