Eric Lapham has a long and successful career in sales and sales management. Eric began in 1989 as General Manager at EnergyVision, a Williams Energy & NStar company. In 1999, they became Vice President of Sales at LODESTAR Corporation, where they tripled revenues before the company was sold to Oracle. Eric then joined Charles River Development in 2001 as Director of Sales for the Western Region. During their tenure, they were the top salesperson globally multiple times. In 2013, they moved to BISAM, a FactSet Company, as Head of Sales Americas, where they were largely responsible for quadrupling revenue over four years until the successful sale of BISAM to Factset in March 2017. In 2015, they became an Investor and Strategic Advisor at LitAgility, Inc. In 2017, they joined State Street as Managing Director, Global Strategic Accounts for CRD & SSGX, and Global Head of Sales, State Street Global Exchange (SSGX). In 2020, they became Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and a Member of the Board of Directors at CrowdComfort. In 2021, they joined Clearwater Analytics as SVP, Head of Investment Management.

Eric Lapham completed their MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business between 1996 and 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine between 1986 and 1989. Eric also attended the United States Air Force Academy between 1985 and 1986, but did not receive a degree.
