ORBIT by CrowdCoursing is the workforce infrastructure connecting employers, schools and emerging talent, so organisations can build the skilled workforce they depend on. We launched with Space Florida, and we are open to partners in any state and any sector.

The talent gap is real and accelerating. Industries like aerospace and defense face sustained hiring difficulty, an aging workforce, and a projected shortage of more than a million engineers by 2030. The organisations that win the next decade build their pipeline early, rather than posting jobs late. The same pattern is showing up across advanced manufacturing, technology, healthcare and the skilled trades.

That is what ORBIT does:

For employers: early access to verified, motivated emerging talent, with readiness shaped around your mission-critical roles and real project work that converts into long-term hires.

For schools and educators: real-world placements and a structured, trackable bridge that turns learners into the workforce their region needs.

For workforce boards, agencies and economic development teams: one model that connects employers, schools and talent, with real-time visibility, compliance oversight and structured engagement at scale.

ORBIT launched in partnership with Space Florida, building the pipeline for the state's aerospace and defense sector. That flagship proves the model. It does not limit it. If you are building a workforce in another state or another industry, ORBIT is built for you too.

Powered by CrowdCoursing, the platform schools, districts and organisations already trust to manage people, programs and participation at scale.
