Pratibha Shivanand is an experienced data analyst and engineer with a strong background in software development and data science. Currently serving as a volunteer data analyst at CrowdDoing, Pratibha is involved in data preprocessing and exploratory data analysis for wildfire mitigation projects. Additionally, at Hack for LA, Pratibha supports city planners by analyzing parking policies using natural language processing tools. Previously, Pratibha held roles such as Lead Engineer at Treez.io, where responsibilities included managing test plans and software deployment, and Senior Software Engineer at IBM Global Services. Pratibha has also completed a full-time MBA at the University of Leeds and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Education includes specialized training in Data Science from Udacity.

CrowdDoing.world is a joint initiative of Match4Action Foundation and Reframe It. CrowdDoing is focused on addressing the social, economic, and environmental challenges our world faces by collaborating with professionals and volunteers from many different industries. CrowdDoing aims to support social innovations with transformative impact potential through global multi-disciplinary volunteering, micro-leadership and service learning. We work through operating leverage for systems change to achieve collective agency. We orient to ikigai and self-determination theory in order to help each person have the perfect role. - What We Do (Section) CrowdDoing manages skilled volunteers, micro-leadership volunteers, multi-disciplinary volunteers and groups of service learning volunteers through a 501c3 partnership to challenges of social innovation, the social enterprise sector, and systemic change. CrowdDoing's impact venture lab leverages research and development in collaboration with volunteers to build new social innovations. The themes across all of our research is leverage for impact.
