Paul Stephenson

Paul Stephenson has a wealth of experience in project management and estimating within the civil engineering industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, Paul began their career as an Engineer I at NCDOT - Hydraulics. Paul then moved on to working at Crowder, where Paul currently holds the position of Estimating Manager for Pursuits in Energy Services. Paul has worked on a variety of projects including the Trinity Road Pedestrian Tunnel in Raleigh, the Neuse River WWTP Equalization Basin, and the Northwest Water Treatment Facility Dam, Intake, and Pump Station. Paul specializes in Heavy Civil projects ranging from $500,000 to $100,000,000, with a strong focus on design build and alternate delivery projects.
