Therese Dean, SPHR has extensive experience in Talent Planning and Development at Crowder since September 2006. Therese has a background in HR, program management, and training from their time in the United States Air Force as a Personnel Superintendent E-8. Therese holds a Master's in Adult Education, an MBA in Business Administration with a Human Resources Concentration, a BS in Organizational Management, and an AA in Personnel Administration. Therese is skilled in recruiting, COOP program management, training, licensing and certifications, contractual agreements, event set up, performance reviews, and affirmative action plan division management.
