Augustine Okorougo

Augustine Okorougo has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Augustine started as a Computer Instructor/Trainer and Mathematics Tutor at ABUTECH Training Academy. Augustine then moved on to Projaro as a Software Engineer in 2015, followed by Atlas as a Software Engineer in 2017. In 2018, they were a Mobile Application Developer (Consultant) at the National Cash Transfer Office (Office of the Vice President) and the World Bank. Augustine then returned to CrowdForce in 2017 as a Tech Lead/Software Engineer. In 2019, they were promoted to Lead Software Engineer, where they are responsible for leading a team of Software engineers, overseeing day to day technical operations, and envisioning how technology will be used within the company while setting the technical strategy. Augustine also acts as the Acting CTO.

Augustine Okorougo attended the University of Agriculture, Makurdi from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
