Sayrd Iverson

Sayrd Iverson’s passion is helping people. As a small business consultant, she has created successful strategies that propel small businesses far beyond their initial goals. Sayrd is the former Director of the Idaho Women’s Business Center and brings to Crowdfund Better her experience supporting business owners in telling their stories, creating financial plans, and developing their confidence as leaders.

Sayrd is also co-creator of Crowdfund Idaho, the pilot program developed by Crowdfund Better to provide communities, small businesses and nonprofits in Idaho with crowdfunding education and training to increase access to capital through crowdfunding success. In her previous roles, Sayrd has worked with many state and local officials in Idaho.

Before working as a small business advisor, Sayrd sharpened her skills working with people through her roles in staffing and talent acquisition. Her expertise in the human resources arena in a variety of industries gives her the ability to recognize other peoples’ strengths and to identify opportunities to engage with team members to build new skill sets.
