Ray Ransdell

Ray Ransdell is a highly regarded technologist in the field for over 30 years fueled by an uncanny skill in perfectly matching clients with the solutions they need. Relationships in business are everything to Ray. His business background is as eclectic and diverse as he is.

He started a successful support company in 1998 Rayzor’s Edge then grew to become a video conferencing sales evangelist for T-Line services years before Zoom, FaceTime, etc. Staying true to himself in finding a need then filling it, Ray was the national project manager for VNCI rolling out high technology distance learning to low income schools across the country, often meeting with stakeholders to insure smooth implementation and client satisfaction. Moving on to Xyratex, he was a key member for the Google Docs for Business deployment worldwide and trained employees via web and in-person giving presentations to audiences of up to 400 people worldwide. Before joining Crowdfund Buzz, Ray spearheaded the Mac/Apple adoption program and was also a member of the security team at Seagate.

Ray cuts loose in his spare time as an artist, a musician and singer, a woodworker, and is currently developing his own line of custom guitars and basses. Using reclaimed woods, environmentally friendly finishes, and sourcing as many components as possible with a high percentage of recycled materials.
