Evangelos Koulis

Evangelos Koulis possesses extensive experience in project management and business development, particularly within the context of EU-funded programs. Currently serving as an Impact Acceleration Manager at Crowdhelix since May 2023, Evangelos is responsible for overseeing the implementation of various Horizon Europe initiatives, including the coordination of partnerships. In addition, Evangelos holds the position of Co-Chair of the Business Models Working Group in the BRIDGE Initiative with CINEA and has previously worked as an EU Project Manager at STRATAGEM Ltd., where similar responsibilities were undertaken. A demonstrated background in strategic analysis and policy development is evidenced through the roles at KEDISA and the Institute for Security & Defense Analysis. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Panteion University.
