Sebastian Pugliese

Sebastian Pugliese has held various roles in a variety of companies since 1996. Sebastian began their career at Argentina Celular as an Empleado de Administración. In 1999, they joined Cía. Meca S.A.I.C. as an Analista Contable Ssr./Sr., where they were responsible for accounts receivable, analysis of current accounts, applications, collection control, etc. In 2003, they moved to TSIL S.A. - Munchi's (Grupo Perez Companc) as a Human Resources and Analista Sr. Contable, where they were responsible for compensation systems, salary liquidation, labor relations, social security, safety and hygiene, talent management, development, organizational integration, internal communication, and implementation of internal HR systems. In 2008, they joined Dridco (Grupo La Nación) as a Gerente de Planeamiento y Control de Gestión, and also held the same role at Navent. In 2017, they joined Newlink Capital as a Board Member, and Crowdium as C.F.O. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Worcket as CFO.

Sebastian Pugliese has a diverse educational background. Sebastian completed a Posgrado Dirección Estratégica de Recursos Humanos from the University of Buenos Aires in 2008, a Lic. en Administración de Empresas in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Buenos Aires in 2003, and a Contador Público in Planeamiento y Control de Gestión, Contabilidad from the University of Buenos Aires in 2001.
