Fiona Haller

Fiona Haller has held several roles in the media and technology industry. In 2021, they began their current role as Director of Product Management & Product Design at Crowdlinker. Prior to this, they served as a Product Manager AI & Automation at Torstar Corporation from 2018-2021, where they worked on an R&D innovation project involving contract negotiation, stakeholder alignment, and vendor management. From 2004-2018, they held various roles at Metroland, including Special Projects Manager, Corporate Privacy Officer, Digital eCommerce Product & Operations Manager, HR, Project Manager, Marketing & Audience Development Manager, and Division Manager Interactive. During their time as Digital eCommerce Product & Operations Manager, they reduced costs by 75% through streamlining technical solutions and improving staff training and operations processes.

Fiona Haller has a BA in Psychology from McMaster University, a B.A. Honours in Economics from York University, a Certificate in Budgeting and Scheduling Projects from UC Irvine, and a Certification in Innovation Management & Design Thinking from HEC Paris. Fiona also has two additional certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance obtained in June 2020, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in November 2020.
