Brian Gilmore

Brian Gilmore is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the capital markets sector. As Co-Founder and President of CrowdOut Capital since November 2015, Brian has focused on providing innovative debt solutions for middle market companies, while facilitating attractive investment opportunities for accredited investors. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director and Partner at Westlake Securities from September 2008 to November 2015, and Senior Vice President at Tejas Securities Group, Inc. from 2003 to 2008. Earlier roles encompassed analyst positions at Avocet Capital Management and H.C. Wainwright. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 1999.
