Cally Armstrong

Cally Armstrong has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as an Associate Manager of Human Resources. In 2012, they moved to Visa Europe as an HR Manager/Advisor, followed by Morgan Stanley in 2013 as a Vice President of HR Coverage for the Commodities Division. In 2014, they took on an (Interim) Senior HR Strategy & Projects Manager role at Colonial First State Global Asset Management. In 2015, they took on several roles, including Interim Head of HR (VP) for Investment Banking - EMEA at Jefferies and Senior HR Business Partner - EMEA & Latin America at Neuberger Berman. Cally also held an Interim HR Manager role at PwC Australia. In 2016, they became the Global Head of HR at ECO Capacity Exchange Ltd. (formerly Recipco Capacity Exchange Ltd.). From 2017 to 2020, they held various roles at MUFG, including Head of Talent Management & Development, Talent Acquisition & Mobility and GHRBP for Partner Banks, Director of Human Resources, Global Head of Performance Management & Talent Mobility and Global HRBP for Commercial Banking & PBs, Director of Human Resources (assignment to Tokyo), and Global Head of International Mobility & Talent/Career Mobilisation. In 2020, they took on a People & Culture Strategic Adviser role at CrowdProperty Australia.

Cally Armstrong attended the University of Sussex from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained an LLB in Law. Cally also completed a course with SHL.
