Bhavna Raheja

Bhavna Raheja has been in the HR field since 2010. Bhavna started their career as an HR Co-ordinator at Aequor Technologies. In 2012, they moved to Sundaram Mutual as an Assistant Manager Human Resources where they managed the entire recruitment activity from manpower planning to onboarding and reduced attrition to 11%. Bhavna then joined Blend HRM Inc in 2019 as a Recruiter and implemented effective HR Policies aligned with the overall business strategy. Currently, they are a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at CrowdRiff.

Bhavna Raheja completed their MBA in Human Resources from IBS Hyderabad in 2009.
