Kara Varma CHRL has over 19 years of experience in customer success and account management. Kara began their career in 2002 as an Account Executive at Ceridian Canada Ltd., where they were responsible for managing over $2.5 million in revenue and key partnership relationships with over 200k lives. In 2016, they joined LifeWorks as the Director of Customer Success, where they managed a team of Customer Success Managers for Atlantic, Central, and Western Canada. Kara was also responsible for developing a new Customer Success Model to ensure brand awareness, relationship management with customers, process efficiencies, and scaling for growth. In 2023, they became the Director of Customer Success at CrowdRiff.

Kara Varma CHRL obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University. Kara then attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to become a Holistic Nutritionist. Lastly, they earned a Human Resources degree from Durham College.
