Lexie Morris has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Lexie began their career as a Sales Representative for Kognitive Marketing, followed by a position as a Sales Associate/Cash Key Holder for Victoria's Secret Pink. In 2014, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for SDI Marketing, and in 2015 they became a Customer Service Sales Representative for MCAP Service Corporation. In 2016, Lexie worked as a Flight Attendant for WestJet, and from 2019 onwards they have been employed at CrowdRiff, where they have held the roles of Technical Support Specialist, Onboarding Specialist, and Sales Development Representative. In their Onboarding Specialist role, Lexie managed the Onboarding experience of new destinations and travel brands, aligned client key visual marketing objectives, managed outreach and communications, ran re-training sessions, and communicated with the customer success, sales, and product teams. Additionally, they ran customer webinars, managed Zendesk, and wrote complex Boolean search queries. Lexie has experience with Mixmax, Outreach, Salesforce, G Suite, Zendesk, Trello, Dooly, and Full Story.

Lexie Morris graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2015 with a degree in Psychology (Faculty of Science) with an Honours Research Specialist field of study. In 2021, Lexie completed the Learn How to Code Course from Codecademy. In 2011, Lexie obtained a Smart Serve certification from The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. In 2016, Lexie obtained a Standard First Aid, AED & CPR Level C certification from Alberta Human Services Workplace Standards Policy.
