Matthew Carroll is an accomplished operations and emergency medical services professional with extensive experience in both management and frontline care. Currently serving as Operations Director at CrowdRx since August 2017, Matthew oversaw medical and public safety solutions for major events across North America. Previous roles include Emergency Medical Technician at NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital and Nelson Ambulance Service, where effective patient care and emergency scene leadership were paramount. Matthew's background also includes operational management at Camp Cedarcrest and various roles in fire and rescue service education through internships with local fire departments. Educated at the University of New Haven, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science specializing in Fire/Arson Investigation.
