Lauren Espinosa

Lauren Espinosa has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Lauren started their career as an Event Manager/Sales at Imark Communication from January 2001 to March 2003. Lauren then worked as a Contract Technical Recruiter at Intel Corporation from 2004 to 2005. Lauren returned to Intel in 2010 as a Technical Recruiter/Staffing Consultant through Kelly Engineering, and then as a Sr. Technical Recruiter through a contract from April 2011 to September 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Webtrends as a Corporate Recruiter and later as a Contract Recruiter, where they managed and built the company's talent pool and recruiting strategy. Lauren joined the PSU/PCEP - PSU Cooperative Education Program as a Steering Committee Member from July 2012 to November 2013, contributing to the program's growth and success. Lauren then worked at Cvent as a Senior Technical Recruiter from November 2013 to May 2014, and at Jive Software as a Sr. Recruiter (contract - SecureTalent) from May 2014 to November 2014. Lauren continued their career at Jama Software as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager from December 2014 to September 2019, where they supported new hires throughout the hiring process. Most recently, Lauren has been working at CrowdStreet, initially as a Talent Business Partner from September 2019 to April 2020, then as a Manager, People Operations from April 2020 to January 2021, and currently as the Director, Talent Management as of January 2021.

Lauren Espinosa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management from the University of Montana. Lauren also holds an HR Certification from Portland Community College. In addition, they are a certified Jobvite Expert, obtained in December 2012.
