Adam Stanley is an experienced talent acquisition leader, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA at CrowdStrike since September 2024, where focus is on driving recruitment initiatives to support the company's growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this role, Adam was the Talent Acquisition Director for EMEA & LATAM at Juniper Networks from December 2022 to September 2024, overseeing recruitment efforts during a significant growth phase. Adam's previous experience includes roles at Snyk as Global Talent Attraction Director for GTM and at Nutanix, where leadership in talent acquisition was demonstrated during a period of hyper-growth and transition to IPO. Adam began a career in talent acquisition at Firefly Education and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Solent University, complemented by a Leadership Development Programme from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
