Drew Bagley

Drew Bagley serves as Vice President & Counsel for Privacy & Cyber Policy at CrowdStrike, leading global privacy and public policy efforts at the cybersecurity firm since January 2015. Drew also functions as Senior Privacy Counsel and Director of Global Cyber Policy and has been an Adjunct Professor at American University since August 2022. Additionally, Drew has been a member of the Advisory Group on Internet Security at the Europol Cybercrime Centre since October 2016 and holds the position of Director of Operations at Secure Domain Foundation. With prior roles including E-Discovery Technical Advisor at the FBI and various academic positions, Drew's expertise spans cybersecurity policy, privacy laws, and counterterrorism research, supported by an educational background that includes a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and multiple degrees from the University of Florida.
