Faris Ashrafi

Faris Ashrafi currently serves as Manager of Network Engineering at CrowdStrike, starting in November 2024, where responsibilities include the design, deployment, and operation of the company's global backbone and optical network. Previously, at Charter Communications from May 2011 to November 2024, Faris held various positions including Director of Engineering, where leadership focused on service optimization, network enhancements, and capacity planning; Principal Engineer II, overseeing critical infrastructure operations; and Network Engineer III, managing complex network systems. Faris also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Charter College between January 2008 and January 2011. Faris holds an Executive MBA in Information Technology from Alaska Pacific University and a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online, with previous educational experience at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
