Jan Berends

Jan Berends is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing global IT service operations, particularly in leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr Manager IT Service Desk (EMEA) at CrowdStrike since October 2025, Jan is responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of IT Service Desk Delivery and End User Services across the EMEA region.
