Johnson Dao is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in threat detection, incident response, and technical support. Currently serving as an Analyst 1 in Falcon Complete at CrowdStrike, Johnson previously held roles as a Triage Security Engineer 2 at Arctic Wolf, where investigations on security compromises and threat intelligence were key responsibilities. Johnson's expertise includes monitoring threats and leading security initiatives as a Cyber Security Incident Handler at the Public and Business Service Delivery. Additionally, Johnson has experience as an End User IT Experience Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and has contributed to cybersecurity education as a Cyber Security Lab Assistant at Mohawk College.
