Kevin O'Dwyer

Kevin O'Dwyer has extensive work experience in the technology industry, starting with their role as a Field Applications Engineer at MDB Systems in 1989. Kevin then worked as a Field Applications Engineer at Maxtor from 1990 to 1993. O'Dwyer joined Seagate Technology in 1994, where they held various positions including Director Consumer Electronics Sales and Director Sales NE. Kevin also served as the Director of Development Initiatives & Programs, leading a major culture and change management initiative for the Sales & Marketing organization. O'Dwyer worked at Seagate Technology until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Business Advisor at R2M - Route to Market, specializing in sales and management consulting for technology clients. O'Dwyer then joined EMC in 2011, first serving as the Productivity Manager for EMEA Inside Sales, and later as the Director of Business Development, EMEA. Kevin left EMC in 2014 and joined McAfee as the Vice President of Inside Sales EMEA, also serving as the Interim RVP for North & East Europe, Russia, and Africa. During their tenure at McAfee, O'Dwyer held various leadership positions, including VP Commercial, EMEA, and most recently, VP Global Renewals & Expansion. In 2022, they joined CrowdStrike as the VP EMEA Corporate Sales.

Kevin O'Dwyer completed their undergraduate education from 1983 to 1987 at the University of Limerick, where they earned a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering. Subsequently, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued a postgraduate degree at The University of Edinburgh, obtaining an MBA in International Business. In 1995, Kevin also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at University College Cork.
