Brett VanTil has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2000, they worked as an Associate Broadcast Producer at Hanon McKendry/The Brand Consultants until 2001. Following this, they founded [process] in 2001 and served as the Founder until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Managing Partner at DOT&CROSS. In 2011, they joined Insight Riot as a Product Strategist and remained there until December 2019. From 2017 to the present, they have been a Senior Product Manager at Conversational Management. Most recently, they joined Crowe in March 2022 as a Business Design Lead.
Brett VanTil completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Hope College in 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on General Studies and Humanities from Trinity Christian College in 1991. In 2022, they also obtained a certification as a Play To Win Strategist from Roger L. Martin, Inc.
