Chad began their career as a Financial Services Representative at Fifth Third Bank and gained significant experience in consulting at Crowe from 2011 to 2013. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and also studied Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam in 2008.
