Dax Jarnagin has extensive experience in corporate development and financial management, currently serving as Managing Director - Office of the CFO Solutions and previously as Director - Transaction Services at Crowe. Dax's career includes significant roles at 48forty Solutions as National Pricing Director and Director of Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed M&A function establishment and executing 13 deals. Prior engagement at Argenbright Group involved leading M&A initiatives across multiple sectors. Dax also held positions at Forterra, Inc. as Manager of FP&A/Corporate Development and at Crowe Horwath LLP as Transaction Services/M&A Manager, advising financial sponsors and producing strategic presentations. Dax holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
