Denise Agalianos

Denise Agalianos is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in national tax strategies and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Principal at Crowe, Denise previously held leadership roles at PwC, including Principal, M&A Tax Director, and Manager. Denise holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law, earned between 1995 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University, completed from 1991 to 1995.
