Gavin Finders

Gavin Finders, PMP, currently serves as the Managing Director of Tax Transformation at Crowe, where responsibilities commenced in August 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Amazon as a Senior Manager - Tax and Tax Project Manager from March 2017 to August 2023, and at Deloitte from April 2015 to June 2016 as a Senior Manager on the National implementation team for software solutions in Tax. At Duff & Phelps, from December 2013 to February 2015, Gavin held the position of Director, Property Tax, overseeing compliance and client management. Additional experience includes positions at Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Director of Strategy Programs to Interim GM of Costa Rica Operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University and certifications in Project Management from the Project Management Institute and Deloitte Learning.
