Rachel Stewart

Rachel Stewart currently serves as the Director of Development and Performance at Crowe since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held multiple leadership positions at Houlihan Lokey from December 2017 to August 2022, including Leadership Development & Talent Strategy Lead for FVA, Head of Leadership and Performance, and VP of Performance and Compensation. Rachel's earlier career includes managerial and senior consulting roles at Deloitte from September 2008 to December 2017. Rachel holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business (2006-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Bates College (1999-2003).
