Agnes Xu

Agnes Xu is a highly experienced Patent Agent and Scientific Advisor with expertise in patent prosecution and procurement, particularly in biotechnology, materials science, and pharmaceutical sciences. Currently employed at Crowell & Moring LLP since August 2015, Agnes previously worked at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP from February 2004 to July 2015, where extensive experience in domestic and foreign prosecution was gained, focusing on catalysts, coatings, adhesives, cosmetics, and related technologies. Prior to that, Agnes worked as a Patent Paralegal at Cooper & Dunham LLP, supporting the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in biotechnology and pharmaceutical sciences. Academically, Agnes holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Wesleyan University and a B.A. in Chemistry from the University at Buffalo.
