Marc Richards

Marc Richards is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Crowell & Moring LLP, with over 25 years of experience in intellectual property law, specializing in innovations for large corporations and high-tech startups. As a co-chair of the Chemical, Energy and Agriculture Industry Practice Group at Brinks Gilson & Lione, Marc has demonstrated leadership in his field. A past chair of the AIPPI-US Division of AIPLA and past president of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago, Marc has contributed significantly to the intellectual property community. Additionally, Marc served on the Board of Directors of the PTAB Bar Association. Educational credentials include a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
