Rosemary Andress

Rosemary Andress is a seasoned professional in legal talent acquisition, currently serving as the Legal Talent Acquisition Director at Crowell & Moring since April 2015. In this role, Rosemary focuses on recruiting talent for partner and senior counsel positions while previously holding several managerial roles within the firm. Earlier experience includes serving as the Artistic Director of The Roundtable Ensemble, a New York City theater company aimed at reaching under-served audiences, where Rosemary developed and directed new plays. Rosemary's academic background includes a Graduate degree in Directing from The Juilliard School and a BA in Theater (Directing) and Arts Management from Marymount Manhattan College.
