Alan Ahern

Alan Ahern has significant work experience in the technology and manufacturing industries. Starting in 1984, they worked at Solarmetrics as a Manufacturing Engineer and eventually became the Vice President. During their time there, they were involved in purchasing, planning, managing the supply base, and coordinating with sales. Alan also headed up design and development for photovoltaic solutions and power transfer switching. In 1992, they joined Crowley Associates as the President, where they implemented advanced sales automation tools and expanded the company's coverage into new territories. Additionally, they created NetTensity, a leader in Fusion Splice fiber optics for the broadcast market.

Alan Ahern attended the University of New Hampshire from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued studies in Marketing, Psychology, and Economics. Prior to that, they attended NHTI, Concord's Community College from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Electronic Engineering with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Alongside their formal education, Alan Ahern also received additional certifications, including an ETA International Fiber Optic Installer certification from Light Brigade and a Train The Trainer certification from 3SAE Technologies, Inc.
